In the 21st century what we do in the office and how do we behave outside of work impact OUR SHADOW.
Like Jamie Dimon, CEO of JPMorgan Chase & Co. said:

And if I spoke to your teachers, your friends, your professionals, your parents, I would know whether you are trusted,
how hard you work? Are you ethical?
I would know so much about you, you would be shocked. I do not even have to meet you."

Reputation is made in a moment, sometimes in a good or wrong light.
However, your CHARACTER is shaped in a lifetime so, you have an opportunity to polish it.
Being a LEADER is not only how do we treat the people, what our style is but first and foremost who we are.
